How does renting work?
Shoppers scan the QR code on the station with the Brick app or webpage. A powerbank is ejected with built-in cables for iPhone, USB-C and micro-USB, and can be returned at any Brick station.
Who is responsible for customer support and maintenance?
We are. Users contact us through the app or webpage; if you notice anything off with your station, get in touch and we will sort it.
What happens after I order a station?
